On the side, we run consultancy: logistics strategy, systems integration, and B2B growth for parcel carriers, 3PLs and freight forwarders.

A simple five-step process: requirements, qualify, shortlist, decide, onboard. Tell us what you need (order volumes, product type, growth plans) and we qualify the fit. You get a maximum of three curated 3PL options, never a flood of sales calls. We make the warm introduction, you have the conversations, and we stay involved after the match with ongoing monitoring, not a one-and-done intro.

SHIPMAX was founded by Phil Rees in 2023, after 20+ years across global supply chain. Phil drives the company's advice and network, and most brands and partners find us through his LinkedIn presence. We've since grown into a small, hands-on team as the business scales: Rhidian Morgan runs business operations, Kieran Brown leads digital operations and build, and Caitlyn Davies heads up social and content.

We're a neutral concierge, not a broker or a self-serve directory. A few things that set us apart:

• We don't sell warehousing ourselves, so there's no conflict of interest.
• You get a maximum of three curated options, not fifty results to wade through.
• Every partner is vetted through warehouse visits, references and credit checks before they're ever offered up.
• It's a flat-fee model with no success fees or paid "early access" tiers for partners, so we're not incentivised to push volume over fit.
• It's a relationship, not a tool. You get Phil and the team owning the outcome, not a filtering interface.
